PRINTING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Printing Policies, Third-Party Production & Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order with GraficosXpress Print, customers are provided the opportunity to review these Printing Terms & Conditions. These terms explain our ordering procedures, artwork responsibilities, production processes, shipping policies, and available remedies.

1. BUSINESS OPERATIONS & THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTION

GraficosXpress Print provides printing services, graphic design, order coordination, and customer support.

Physical printing, cutting, finishing, packaging, and shipping may be performed by independent third-party production providers.

Production equipment, manufacturing procedures, quality-control processes, and fulfillment schedules may vary depending on the product and production provider.

GraficosXpress Print coordinates customer orders and reviews reported issues with the appropriate production partner. Using third-party providers does not eliminate our obligations to customers under applicable law.

2. COPYRIGHTS, TRADEMARKS & LOGOS

Customers are responsible for obtaining the necessary rights or permissions to reproduce any submitted logos, trademarks, copyrighted images, photographs, characters, brand names, artwork, or other protected materials.

By submitting or approving artwork, customers represent that they own the material or have the necessary authorization to use it for the requested printing project.

GraficosXpress Print does not routinely verify ownership or licensing of customer-supplied materials.

We reserve the right to request proof of authorization or refuse an order if we reasonably suspect intellectual-property infringement.

Customers are responsible for claims arising from their unauthorized submission or use of protected materials, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including names, phone numbers, addresses, prices, dates, spelling, grammar, social-media details, QR codes, website addresses, and other content.

GraficosXpress Print is generally not responsible for errors already present in customer-supplied information when that information is reproduced as requested and approved.

Customers should verify that all QR codes, links, and contact information function correctly before approving their artwork.

4. DESIGN PROOF APPROVAL

Customers must carefully review their final design proof before authorizing production.

The review should include spelling, grammar, names, contact information, dates, prices, images, logos, colors, layout, dimensions, quantities, QR codes, and website addresses.

Approval may be documented through email, WhatsApp, or another written communication method.

Once approved artwork has been submitted to production, errors visible in the approved proof generally do not qualify for a free reprint.

This does not exclude remedies for production errors, deviations from approved specifications, or rights provided by applicable law.

5. AI-GENERATED DESIGNS & PRINT-READY FILE PREPARATION

GraficosXpress Print accepts customer-supplied artwork, including designs and images created or enhanced using artificial intelligence (AI).

However, AI-generated images and designs are not automatically considered print-ready files.

Many AI-generated designs may require professional adjustments before commercial printing, including:

  • Correct product dimensions and layout.
  • Proper bleed and safe margins.
  • Resolution and image-quality verification.
  • Placement within professional printing templates.
  • File formatting and production preparation.
  • Review of text, logos, images, and other design elements.

DESIGN SETUP & FILE PREPARATION FEE

Setup and file preparation fees vary depending on the product, artwork requirements, printing specifications, and the amount of preparation work involved.

These fees cover the preparation services specified in the order, which may include artwork adjustments, file formatting, resolution verification, and placement within the required printing templates.

The applicable setup fee will be clearly disclosed in the product description, quote, or invoice before the customer approves and pays for the order.

Setup fees do not automatically include complete graphic redesign, logo recreation, extensive image restoration, or other services not included in the original quote.

Additional design services, when necessary, will be quoted separately and require customer approval.

AI-GENERATED ARTWORK LIMITATIONS

Artificial intelligence may unintentionally modify or recreate text, logos, faces, photographs, colors, proportions, or other visual elements.

GraficosXpress Print cannot guarantee that AI-generated artwork will reproduce every original detail accurately or that AI-generated designs are unique or free from intellectual-property conflicts.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the final artwork, including any visible changes or imperfections, before production.

If a customer approves artwork containing visible errors, those errors generally do not qualify for a free reprint, except as required by applicable law.

FINAL PRINT APPROVAL

GraficosXpress Print will prepare the artwork according to the agreed printing specifications and services purchased.

Customers must approve the final proof before printing begins.

Customer approval authorizes production of the approved artwork but does not waive rights relating to production errors or other remedies required by applicable law.

6. COLOR DIFFERENCES & PRINT MATCHING

Colors displayed on phones, tablets, and computer monitors may differ from printed colors because of screen settings, printing equipment, inks, and materials.

Minor color differences are normal in commercial printing.

Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a specific matching requirement has been agreed upon in writing before production.

Significant deviations from agreed specifications may be reviewed as potential production defects.

7. CUTTING, BLEED & FINISHING TOLERANCES

Commercial printing, cutting, folding, trimming, and finishing processes may involve minor production tolerances.

Small variations in positioning, borders, folds, alignment, or cutting may occur within reasonable manufacturing standards.

Customers should keep important text and graphics within the recommended safe area and provide appropriate bleed when required.

Significant cutting or finishing errors outside applicable production tolerances may qualify for review and correction.

8. LOW-RESOLUTION & IMPROPERLY PREPARED FILES

Customer-supplied artwork should meet the resolution, dimensions, and file requirements for the selected product.

Low-resolution images, screenshots, compressed photographs, blurry logos, incorrect dimensions, and improperly prepared files may produce unsatisfactory printing results.

If a customer is advised of a potential file-quality problem and chooses to approve the artwork without correction, resulting issues attributable to that approved file may not qualify for free reprinting.

GraficosXpress Print is responsible for addressing qualifying errors caused by its own preparation or production processes.

9. ORDER SPECIFICATIONS & ACCURACY

Customers must verify their order specifications, including product type, size, quantity, material, printing sides, finishing options, shipping address, and other requested details.

The final approved invoice and order specifications will be used to prepare the production order.

Additional costs resulting from customer-requested changes or corrections may apply when disclosed and accepted before the additional work is performed.

10. CHANGES AFTER APPROVAL

Once an order has been approved and submitted to production, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Requests to modify artwork, quantity, size, materials, or shipping details will be reviewed based on the current production status.

Additional charges may apply if the customer authorizes new design work, replacement materials, or a new production run.

Changes will not be charged without the customer's authorization.

11. PAYMENTS & ORDER AUTHORIZATION

Full payment is generally required before production unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Payments should be made using the payment instructions associated with an official GraficosXpress Print invoice.

An order is ready for production after payment confirmation, final artwork approval, and verification of the order specifications.

Customers should review all invoice details and payment instructions before submitting payment.

12. PRODUCTION TIMES & THIRD-PARTY DELAYS

Production times are estimates unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed upon in writing.

Production schedules may vary because of order complexity, material availability, equipment issues, holidays, provider workloads, weather, or other circumstances.

GraficosXpress Print will communicate material changes to expected fulfillment dates when appropriate.

If an order cannot be shipped within the applicable promised timeframe, customers will receive the notices, cancellation options, and refunds required by applicable law.

13. SHIPPING, TRACKING & DELIVERY

Orders may be shipped through UPS, USPS, or other delivery providers.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for submitting a complete and accurate shipping address and are encouraged to monitor tracking updates.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless a specific delivery commitment has been agreed upon in writing.

Shipping problems will be reviewed according to the circumstances of the order and applicable law.

14. SHIPPING DAMAGE, LOST PACKAGES & DELIVERY DISPUTES

Customers should inspect packages promptly after delivery and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items as soon as reasonably possible.

Photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage may be requested to assist with the investigation.

Carrier delivery confirmation may be considered when reviewing a missing-package claim, but it does not automatically eliminate applicable customer rights.

GraficosXpress Print will assist with appropriate investigations and claims involving carriers or production providers.

Available remedies will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

15. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because printing and design services are often customized, cancellation may not be possible once production has begun.

Cancellation requests made before production begins will be reviewed based on work already completed, disclosed charges, and applicable law.

Custom products manufactured according to approved specifications are generally not returnable solely because the customer changes their mind.

Defective, incorrect, undelivered, or otherwise nonconforming orders will be reviewed for appropriate remedies, including replacement, reprinting, correction, or refund when required.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

16. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS & PRODUCTION ERRORS

Although we work with professional printing providers, production errors may occasionally occur.

Examples include incorrect quantities, significant printing defects, wrong materials, improper finishing, cutting errors, or products that do not match the approved specifications.

Customers should report suspected defects promptly and provide their order number, a description of the problem, and supporting photographs when available.

GraficosXpress Print will review the claim and coordinate with the applicable production provider when necessary.

Confirmed errors will be addressed through an appropriate remedy, which may include correction, reprinting, replacement, or refund, consistent with applicable law.

17. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE & LIMITATIONS

GraficosXpress Print reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders involving materials reasonably believed to be unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, threatening, or otherwise unsuitable for production.

If an order is canceled by GraficosXpress Print, any refund due will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.

GraficosXpress Print cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party manufacturing, carrier operations, or production-provider availability.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts consumer rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

18. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AUTHORIZATION

Customers will be provided an opportunity to review these Printing Terms & Conditions before confirming an order.

By confirming an order and documenting their acceptance of these terms, customers acknowledge the applicable production procedures, artwork approval responsibilities, payment requirements, and order conditions.

Final artwork approval authorizes GraficosXpress Print to proceed with printing according to the approved design and specifications.

CUSTOMER APPROVAL = AUTHORIZATION TO PRINT

This authorization does not waive customer rights relating to production defects, incorrect fulfillment, or other remedies available under applicable law.
